The right posture is always the next. Provide variety and movement. Sit, stand and walk. For screen work, it is important that forearms and hands rest on the table, shoulders are relaxed and that there is approximately one arm's length to the screen. The eyes should align with the top that the screen and feet should rest on the floor. Provide optimal low back support and be careful not to "collapse" in front of the screen. In addition, beware of annoying reflections on the screen and on the table from daylight, work lamp and ceiling light.
